We are currently collaborating with investors on various NICE projects. In doing so, we help them add buildings to their portfolio that contribute to a better world and ensure returns.
Projects
Ongoing projects for housing corporations
We demonstrate in practice that NICE Developers ambitions are NICE Developers aligned with the objectives of housing associations. We share the ambition to add affordable housing to the existing stock, and we do so in a sustainable and responsible manner.

Ongoing projects in various municipalities
By building with wood, we CO2 in the buildings and thus help municipalities to comply with climate agreements. Area developments and buildings based on the NICE concept always count on enthusiasm and pride among administrators and civil servants. We see this in practice in all the municipalities where we are working.
