Healthy living for everyone: affordable, biodiverse, and community-oriented

NICE Developers residents future-proof residential buildings with a place for everyone. With healthy buildings and facilities for the neighborhood, we do more than just take up space. We give something back. Our residential buildings are firmly embedded in their surroundings and thus form a close relationship with them. By offering space for people to meet and a mix of affordable rental and owner-occupied homes, for example. With integrated greenery for greater biodiversity and climate adaptability. These are NICE Buildings, created to offer you a healthy future.

NICE gives back to the community with green buildings

There is a significant shortage of affordable housing. Nevertheless, we must find solutions for this within existing urban areas. This is the challenge we face. In recent years, it has therefore become increasingly difficult – especially for people with lower and middle incomes – to find a home (whether for purchase or rent).

Our solution? By ensuring a good mix of social, mid-range rental, and owner-occupied homes, we make living in our NICE Buildings accessible NICE Buildings everyone. With Paris Proof residential buildings, we also add more homes and more quality to neighborhoods, while engaging in dialogue with (local) residents. The neighborhood has a voice that we hear loud and clear and take into account in the development. With lots of greenery and outdoor space, we develop healthy wooden residential buildings that capture CO₂ and offer space for shared facilities (mobility, vegetable garden, tools), meeting, and connecting. The whole neighborhood benefits from this!

Good and healthy living for future generations

The answer is NICE

Building differently is important

We realized our wooden residential building SAWA by deciding that it had to happen. We then worked with our partners to do everything we could to take this necessary next step in housing development. After much research, experimentation, learning, and success, we can say with confidence that we know how to do it. That is why we developed the NICE Concept. More NICE Buildings are now NICE Buildings development.
