The 39 owner-occupied homes in SAWA have been on sale for a week! Last Friday, November 12, over 200 potential buyers visited the sales event, which took place in timed slots throughout the day at our office café Nice Place.

ARC20 Jury: “SAWA represents the future.”
During a festive live broadcast from the Mediahaven in Amsterdam last Thursday, the winners of the ARC20 Awards were announced. SAWA, developed by Nice Developers ERA Contour and designed by Mei architects and planners, was unanimously chosen by the professional jury as the winner of the ARC20 Innovation Award.

It's official... SAWA will soon have an EPC of 0! We are proud of the collaboration we are entering into with Eneco to supply SAWA with sustainable energy. Through solar panels on SAWA and 'remote' generation, we are making SAWA energy-neutral.
