Focus Real Estate Invests in SAWA

We are proud to announce our investor: Focus Real Estate. SAWA will soon feature 50 mid-rental apartments, 20 free-sector units, and 39 owner-occupied homes. All new residents will soon live in a sustainable wooden building rich in greenery and designed for social interaction.

Living requirements for humans and animals

SAWA is an innovative development in several respects. The building will be constructed from CLT (cross-laminated timber). Instead of concrete, the ambition is to use as much wood as possible – including in the floors. SAWA will feature generous green terraces. A team of biologists and ecologists has developed a green plan, incorporating the living requirements of animals and plants. Each layer and side has its own characteristics, offering various habitats where animals and plants thrive. Greenery and habitats for birds, butterflies, and bees are integrated into balconies, terraces, and the deck. Focus Real Estate collaborates with the team on the residential concept, representing future tenants. The team regularly organizes online co-creation meetings with the first six pioneers who joined the project last summer, as well as with individuals interested in living in SAWA.
