NICE Developers a junior project developer in timber construction who is ready to learn and collaborate on innovative, circular timber buildings and contribute to an inclusive and climate-resilient society.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Shadowing experienced project developers and gradually taking on smaller projects independently;
- Gaining experience in the latest timber construction projects, from new builds to transformations;
- Collaborating with municipalities, housing corporations, investors, local residents, and buyers, and incorporating their ideas into your plans;
- Assisting with feasibility studies (design, financial, and legal), planning, and presentations;
- Assisting with guided tours and hosting groups during tours of our projects.
Who are you?
- You have (almost) completed a university-level education related to the built environment;
- You work in a structured manner and maintain a clear overview;
- You are curious, proactive, and adventurous;
- You are an effective communicator and possess a strong social drive;
- You want to make an impact for people, communities, and the climate.
